Julie Fernandes, the scandal plagued Deputy Assistant Attorney General, is resigning from the Justice Department. Fernandes, you will recall, is the person covered here and here and here at Pajamas who gave corrupt instructions not to enforce Section 8 of Motor Voter that requires states to remove dead and ineligible felons from the voter rolls. She also made statements that this Justice Department isn’t interested in enforcing the law to protect all voters from discrimination, only some.
